Sign the Earth Day Proclamation

In honor of the upcoming 50th anniversary of Earth Day, we ask that you add your name to the special message below and stand with us in these beliefs. Together, we will show our commitment to and unity in this cause.

We are as committed as ever to our Earth Day pledge, but given the current circumstances, will not be running a full-page ad in the newspaper. Instead, we will proudly share it on our social media channels and reallocate the ad money to critical animal care and operations.

With urgency and optimism on the 50th anniversary of Earth Day

We believe the climate crisis is real.

We believe that humans are the cause and can also be the solution.

We believe a healthy environment sustains healthy humans and animals.

We believe we must act now to ensure clean water, air and land for all.

We believe that climate action is inextricably linked to equity and social justice.

We believe in protecting our forests and fjords, glaciers and grasslands, summits and seas.

We believe that strong laws and conservation policy are critical to saving species.

We believe in the youth who are leading the way and changing the world.

We believe in the beauty of this planet.

We believe wildlife and wild places are worth fighting for

on Earth Day and every day.
