Corporate memberships are annual passes that can be used to reward employees, entertain clients, and connect with community partners. As a low-cost employee benefit, a free trip to the zoo is a great way to reward hard work. Plus, your company will also receive one-time-use guest passes that you may give to your clients, outside vendors or board members.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How do corporate membership cards work?


Each corporate membership level comes with a designated number of cards that can be used once per day. Each card covers two adults and the employees’ children/grandchildren 18 and under. To enter the zoo, bring a membership card (or a scanned copy to either entrance.


How do I log into our corporate membership online account?


Online accounts for your corporate membership are automatically created when you signed up. To log-in, you’ll need the primary email address and membership number associated to the account. If you are unable to find this information, please email membership@zoo.org.


How do I set up a corporate volunteer event for my organization?


Please email CorpEngagement@zoo.org. Our staff will work with you to identify a date and project that will benefit the zoo’s mission and your employee engagement needs. Priority is given to Ambassador corporate members. Volunteer events should be planned at least six weeks in advance and are dependent on fulfilling a zoo staff need.


What are some examples of volunteer service events at Woodland Park Zoo?


Corporate volunteer events are open to adults 18+ to assist zoo staff. Typical projects include assisting horticulture tending browse gardens that provide nutrition and enrichment for zoo animals, helping with landscaping needs, and caring for violets in our greenhouse to support the Oregon Silverspot butterfly repopulation program; setting up for large events, and working with our sustainability team to support our Zoo Doo composting and recycling programs. Volunteers receive free admission the day of their event, and service project tend to last two to three hours. For more information, email CorpEngagement@zoo.org.
