Conservation Partner tickets include early entry, a souvenir glass, a commemorative pin, tote bag and 20 tasting tickets, and access to all zoo exhibits.
General Admission tickets include event admission, 10 tasting tickets, and access to all zoo exhibits.
Designated Driver includes event admission, unlimited soda, and access to all zoo exhibits. The Designated Driver ticket is intended for guests who will not be consuming alcohol. Tasting tickets will not be sold to guests with this ticket type.
Yes. OktoBEARfest admission and a valid ID are required for everyone attending the event. We offer a special Designated Driver ticket option for those who will not be drinking at this event.
Entry to this event will be through the West and South entrances only. Please review your ticket information beforehand, as different ticket types may require entry through different locations.
If the event does not sell out in advance, general admission tickets will be available the day of the event, while quantities last. However, please note that this event has sold out in advance multiple times.
Yes, food will be available for purchase during the event. More details coming soon!
Event admission, tasting glasses, additional tasting tickets, commemorative pins and tote bags may be purchased using credit/debit cards or Apple Pay only—cash will not be accepted.
Yes, you may bring your own food, reusable water bottles, and unopened soda. However, glass containers are not allowed. OktoBEARfest will also have multiple food options available for purchase.
Yes! Proceeds from ticket sales, full pours, food, games, and extra tastings all support Woodland Park Zoo’s exemplary animal care, world-class education programs, and more than 30 local and global conservation initiatives. Regular zoo membership admission does not apply to this event.
Parking for this event is in the zoo lots located along Phinney Avenue N. and N. 59th Street, and the lot accessible on N. 50th & Fremont Ave. N. Both entrances will be open for this event.
Pay-for-parking kiosks are located at each lot. Parking is $10 for the day (+ taxes and fees) for parking in any of the Woodland Park Zoo parking lots.
Disabled parking is available in all zoo lots.
If you must park on the streets surrounding the zoo, please be courteous and do not block driveways.
This is a very casual event and, so dress comfortably and appropriately (rain or shine).
The whole zoo and all the exhibits will be open for people to explore. Exhibits will be closing at 6:00 p.m. Please be respectful of the barricades and signage that will be in place during the event. The exterior exhibit paths will be open until 6:30 p.m.
All our exhibits will be open and free to explore until 6:00p.m. The exhibits on the exterior loops will be open until 6:30pm. (Including animal encounters if there are any.)
