ELEPHANTS RESTING AT SAN DIEGO ZOO

Bamboo's and Chai's journey to their new home in Oklahoma City Zoo was rerouted due to a storm that was expected to increase in severity. Because the reroute would have extended the trip a day longer, we made the decision as a veterinary precaution to go to San Diego Zoo and allow the elephants to rest. The girls are doing well and their keepers are with them to provide daily care.

I-1401 PUTS CONSERVATION IN YOUR HANDS

The fight to protect endangered species is now in your hands. Look for signature gatherers and add your name in support of Initiative 1401 to prohibit wildlife trafficking and increase penalties in Washington state. With your help we can get I-1401 on the November ballot to protect elephants, tigers, lions, sharks, rays and more.
