It’s that time of year again—OktoBEARfest is back!

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1:00–7:00 p.m., Woodland Park Zoo transforms into a beer-lover’s paradise. No kids. Just you, your crew, and over 50 Northwest breweries and cideries. This hoppening afternoon is filled with sips worth savoring, one-of-a-kind animal encounters, and memories waiting to be made.

With the entire zoo open, you’ll get the chance to wander through exhibits with a drink in hand—sampling your favorite local pours and discovering bold new brews to stock your fridge with. This kid-free event lets adults experience wildlife and Woodland Park Zoo in a whole new way!

The celebration continues across the grounds with Keeper Talks, live sets by KEXP DJs, and activities like trivia in Zoomazium, cornhole on the meadow, and quick, engaging lectures on topics like Salmon-Safe Beer: Clean Water, Environmentally Conscious Brewing and Homebrewer 101. Whether you're here for the hops, the animals, or the vibes—there’s something for everyone at OktoBEARfest.
