Ticketing

There are a limited number of ADA tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets must be purchased as a pod—not as individual tickets. ADA Pods are available as 2-person or 4-person and are available online.

Parking

Guests with a state disability placard or license plate may park in the designated area in selected parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. The closest lot to the concert venue is the Bear Lot. This lot is located at 59th & Phinney.

Guests are also welcome to use the Bear parking lot to drop off individuals with disabilities or anyone unable to walk from the parking area to the venue.


Entrance

The ADA entrance is located at the North entrance of the Zoo. if you are sitting in the ADA section, please arrive at the Zone 2 time of 5:00-5:30 p.m. If you are not sitting in the ADA section, you may be assigned a different Zone entrance time. Staff & Volunteers are available to assist with questions and directions at any time.


Location of Seats

  • The ADA reserved area is located on the West side of the meadow. There are two and four person pods designated.
  • Please note that chairs are not provided in this section.
  • All chairs are welcome in the ADA section.
  • If you would prefer not to sit in the designated ADA area, you are welcome to sit anywhere on the meadow in a low-backed chair or blanket.

Tickets

Concert tickets do not include regular zoo admission. The concert ticket only allows admission to the performance. If you would like to visit the zoo before the concert, you will need to purchase a separate admission ticket at zoo gates.
