BenRiach Distillery

A Speyside single malt Scotch Whisky as intriguing and extraordinary as Benriach could not have come to be without a unique whisky making heritage, dating from 1898, when founder John Duff built his distillery. Ruggedly beautiful, Benriach stands on the site of the old Riach farm in north Speyside, drawing water from a mineral-rich aquifer, deep beneath the distillery. Thanks to a long-standing tradition of distilling three styles of whisky; classic unpeated, Highland peated and triple distilled, together with an eclectic selection of casks from around the world, our whisky makers are able to explore the full flavour possibilities of single malt, creating some of the richest, most multi-layered whiskies in Speyside. This tradition continues today, under the guidance of Master Blender, Dr. Rachel Barrie. Benriach is the story of a hidden Speyside gem; quietly revealing its treasures to be discovered and savoured.

Copperworks Distilling Company

Copperworks Distilling Company is a craft distillery, tasting room, and gift shop located on Seattle’s downtown waterfront. Using an unusual combination of traditional methods and innovative approaches, we produce American Single Malt Whiskey, a series of gins, and a vodka, all made from malted barley.

We invest our resources (money, knowledge, and time) into our team, our ingredients, and our distilling processes and equipment to produce the most delicious, distinctive flavors possible in our spirits—flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

We’re proud to be one of the founding distillers of the American Single Malt Whiskey Commission, and adhere to all guidelines for our products to fit into this new and rapidly expanding category. We're Rye Guys!

Fremont Mischief has been making award-winning high Rye Whiskeys since 2009. We're one of the few high-rye distillers in the West. Most distillers don't use rye because compared to the corn used for bourbon, it's much more expensive. And, rye mash is harder to work with too.

All that aside - we like Rye! We make 10 Rye Whiskeys, all sourced from local rye grain and each one unique.

Penderyn Distillery

Distilling in Wales was a lost art, but in the late 1990s, in a pub in a small post-industrial Welsh valley town, a group of friends drank and chatted about establishing the first whisky distillery in Wales in over a century. The friends had a location in the historic village of Penderyn on the southern tip of the Brecon Beacons national park, chosen because of the site’s own supply of fresh natural spring water. They also had a unique copper single-pot still designed by Dr David Faraday, a relative of the great 19th-century scientist Michael Faraday. Penderyn Whisky was launched on St David’s Day 2004 in the presence of HRH Prince Charles.

The still produces spirit at an industry high of 92%, which means Penderyn whiskies are fresh, fruity and flavorsome. This spirit is recognized worldwide as one of the finest single malt whiskies. With investment, inspiration, hard work, attention to detail, the finest barley, expert distillers (our distilling team are all women), and the best American oak bourbon casks, Penderyn Whisky has quickly gained a worldwide reputation winning over 50 Gold Medals en route, and our whiskies are now available in over 40 countries.

Saint Liberty Whiskey

Saint Liberty Whiskey is proud to celebrate and honor the untold stories of pioneering, Prohibition-era women bootleggers from all over the country. Inspired by the American ideals of independence, justice, and liberty, Saint Liberty honors the courageous, industrious women who pursued their happiness and provided economic freedom for their families through hard work, and sometimes maybe a little shadiness. The company supports the women of today via its commitment to return five percent of gross profits to women’s empowerment, entrepreneurial, and educational efforts. Guided by an entirely female board of advisors, these efforts strive to create opportunities for women like the ones that Bertie Brown fought, and died, for.

Starward Australian Whiskey

Starward started off with a simple vision; create a uniquely Australian whisky we could offer the world with pride.

Born and bred in Melbourne, we were inspired to create a spirit that reflected our hometown – from its culture to its famed ‘four seasons in a day’ temperature swings. It is a city surrounded by some of Australia’s leading wine regions – all within a day’s drive and is regarded as the microbrewing capital of Australia.

It seems obvious now that all the ingredients for a modern Australian whisky were close by, but when we started in 2007, the idea of an approachable, affordable Australian whisky - served neat or as a cocktail with food - was a big leap of faith. While Australia had a well-established, small-scale whisky scene, we pioneered an affordable, approachable and distinctly Australian whisky exclusively matured in Australian wine barrels.

The result is Starward. A modern Australian whisky, elementally matured for three “Melbourne years,” that pushes the boundaries of what whisky can be.

Whidbey Island Distillery

Whidbey Island Distillery is a family owned business run by three generations of the Heising family. We set out in 2009 to make distilled spirits on Washington’s own Whidbey Island, and in September 2011 we sold the first bottle of our Loganberry Liqueur.

Bev and Steve Heising bought 9 acres of beautiful Whidbey Island hillside in 2009. They renovated existing buildings to include a distillery building (the Bunker), a residence (the Bunk House), a tasting room, and other multi-use buildings on the property.

Since then, the Whidbey Island Distillery has become a recognized producer of some of the finest spirits in the world. Among numerous awards, our Blackberry Liqueur holds a 98 rating by the Beverage Testing Institute making it the highest rated spirit (of any kind) produced in North America.
