Tickets are for Designated Entrance Times

Face coverings required for entry (ages 5+) and during the duration of your visit

For more information about face coverings, medical accommodations and other safety protocols, see the Guest FAQ

To limit the number of guests inside the zoo at any given time, visitors will purchase tickets with a specific entrance time. Tickets will be available 30 days in advance. Guests and members should avoid arriving earlier than 5 minutes prior to their entry time. If you arrive early, please wait inside your vehicle if possible.

We strongly recommend for you to purchase your tickets online in advance of your visit.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase in person at the zoo. Visitors who do not purchase tickets online may buy them at the zoo for the next available entrance time or a future date if tickets are sold out. Please note, on-site ticket purchases may require an extended wait.

Once inside the zoo, you are welcome to enjoy your visit and exit prior to the zoo’s closing time.
