Classes & Camps Scholarships

Woodland Park Zoo is pleased to provide limited scholarship opportunities for eligible families towards zoo classes or day camp programs. Scholarship applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

For 2018 summer camps, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible as we will be reviewing applications approximately every 3 weeks until June 1 or when the majority of available funds have been awarded. After June 1, awards will be offered as new funds become available.

If we are unable to offer a scholarship during the initial review process, we will continue to consider your application for the remainder of 2018. Please understand that even if your application is accepted, Woodland Park Zoo is not always able to award the full requested scholarship amount and we may contact you with a partial scholarship offer. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications received, we are unable to guarantee scholarships for all eligible families.

If you are interested in a scholarship for the Discoveries Day Camp program, you must apply through the Seattle Children's Theatre.
