Giving Day

One Day. One Zoo. One Big Impact.

Mark your calendar: Giving Day is September 30, 2025

Join us for Woodland Park Zoo’s Giving Day! On September 30, our community will come together to show what it means to be All for Animals, raising critical funds and awareness to help care for animals and their habitats here at the zoo and around the world.

Where Your Gift Can Go

You’ll have the power to support the mission closest to your heart. Choose from four special funds:

Caring for Animals

Support the daily wellbeing of the amazing animals that call our zoo home, from enrichment and nutrition to veterinary care.

Saving Species Impact Fund

Protect wildlife and wild places locally and around the globe through fieldwork, education and community partnerships.

Sustainability

Help the zoo lead by example in sustainable practices, from composting and solar energy to zero waste initiatives and climate action.

Zooing it All

If you love everything the zoo does, this is the fund for you! Support hands-on education, species-saving field programs, expert animal care and more with your gift to zoo it all

Get Ready to Go All for Animals

Stay tuned! The full campaign launches August 11, 2025.

We’re launching something wild this year: a BINGO-style challenge board packed with fun, zoo-themed activities, special events, eco-actions, and mini fundraising goals. Whether you're a nature nerd, a social butterfly, or a fundraising pro, there’s a square (or five) with your name on it.

Coming soon: BINGO cards, a full schedule of events, fundraising pages and more!
