Can I buy tickets over the phone or on the Internet?
A limited number of tickets will be available at www.ticketweb.com beginning at 8:00 a.m. on May 5, 2008. (Type in "Woodland Park Zoo" on the TicketWeb artist search). We DO NOT offer phone sales at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: A service fee of $2 per ticket will apply for tickets purchased at Metropolitan Markets. Service charges also apply to web sales through Ticketweb.com.

Can I purchase tickets for will-call?
Yes, a Will-Call booth is conveniently located just outside the zoo's North Entrance, located off Phinney Ave. N. and N. 59th St. This service opens at 4:30 p.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. on the night of each performance. Please feel free to use this service, and drop off tickets for late arriving guests.

How much will tickets cost? Do zoo member receive a discount?
WaMu ZooTunes is a major fundraiser for the zoo to support excellent animal care, zoo maintenance and education programs for children and adults, as well as conservation programs to preserve wildlife in Washington and around the world. Each concert is individually priced.

The average ticket price is approximately $21. Tickets to WaMuZooTunes remain the best concert bargain in the Northwest. We work very hard in an increasingly competitive market to keep ticket prices low as possible. Since this is a fundraiser, we do not have discounts for members.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Cash, credits cards (Visa and/or Mastercard) and checks are accepted at both Metropolitan Market and zoo gates. If you are presenting a check, ID may be required. Check acceptance does not depend upon membership status.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
There is a ticket purchase limit at zoo gates and Metropolitan Market of 8 tickets maximum for each performance. For example, one purchaser may buy 8 tickets to one concert and also buy another 8 tickets to another performance. There are no packages for the complete series.

Do you offer special discounted ticket packages?
We do not offer discounts as the ticket prices are at the lowest possible price point.

Does my ticket provide admission to the zoo prior and after the concerts?
If you would like to tour the zoo prior to the concerts, you will need to purchase a separate admission ticket (members may come in using their current membership). The rest of the zoo is closed during and after the concerts. Entrance to the zoo prior to concerts will enable you to join the lines that form inside the zoo gates.

If it rains, do I get a refund on my tickets?
All concerts are held rain or shine. There are no ticket refunds or exchanges.

Where can I buy tickets on the day of the show?
One week prior to the show, all remaining tickets will move to the Sandpoint Metropolitan Market. They will be on sale at the Sandpoint location until 4:00 p.m. the day of the show.

Is it true that children 12 and under are free?
Yes, it is true. One (1) child 12 years of age and younger is free when accompanied by a paid ticket. Again, each paid ticket may bring in one (1) complimentary child.
