How
much will tickets cost? Do zoo members receive a discount?
WaMu ZooTunes presented by Carter Subaru is
a major fundraiser for the zoo to support animal care, zoo maintenance
and
upkeep, education programs for children and adults, and conservation
programs that are helping to preserve wildlife species in our state
and all over the world. The average ticket price is approximately
$20. Tickets to WaMu ZooTunes remain the best concert bargain in
the Northwest, and we have worked very hard in an increasingly competitive
market to keep ticket prices as low as possible. Zoo
members do not receive a discount to the concerts.
What
methods of payment are accepted?
Cash, credit cards (Visa and/or MasterCard), and
checks are accepted at both Metropolitan Market and zoo gates. If
you are presenting a check, ID will be required.
Can
I return my tickets?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any ticket
purchase. All sales are final.
Is
there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
There is a ticket purchase limit of 8 tickets for
each performance. As long as customers stay within the cap of 8 tickets
per performance, they may even buy 8 for each show to the whole series.
Does
my concert ticket provide me with admission to
the zoo?
If you are interested in attending the zoo before
the concert, then you will need to purchase a separate admission
ticket at zoo gates. The concert ticket only covers admission to
that evening’s performance.
Do
you offer a Will Call?
There is a Will Call booth conveniently located just
outside the zoo’s North Gate, located off of Phinney Ave and

on the night of each performance. Feel free to use this service and
drop off tickets for late arriving guests.

you offer special discounted ticket packages?
We do not offer discounts.
Is
it true that children 12 and under are free?
Yes,
it is true. One (1) child 12 years of age and younger is free when
accompanied by a paid ticket. Again, each paid ticket may bring in
one (1) complimentary child.
Where

One week prior to each concert, all remaining tickets will move to the Sandpoint Metropolitan Market. They will be on sale at the Sandpoint location until 4:00 p.m. the day of the show.
What

information call 206-553-3000 or check http://transit.metrokc.gov for
routes and information.
If
you do need to drive, consider carpooling and using the parking
lot at Lower Woodland Park, just east of the south entrance to
the zoo on N. 50th St. & Fremont Ave. N. Otherwise, you may
park in the zoo lots for free anytime after 4:00 p.m.
If

of the local residents when parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

How
do I get more information?
