as a zip archive file. This compressed archive
is approx. 84MB so downloading it requires a broadband
internet connection.
After
downloading the archive, in order to extract it and
open the PDF file contained within, you will need specific
software installed on your computer. Your
computer, if relatively new, may already have the necessary
software installed but if you have difficulty you can
obtain WinZip (ZipIt for
Macintosh) to extract the archive and Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open the PDF file.

per order will be charged for handling and mailing
