I am originally from Chattanooga, TN but love the northwest and am stoked to spend a summer out on the west coast! In my free time I like to play frisbee, adventure in the San Juans, and go backpacking with friends. I am excited to explore the zoo with kiddos this summer and can’t wait for the sunshine!

Hi, I'm Olivia! I'm so excited to be returning for my second summer at WPZ! I am a Humanities for Teaching major at Seattle U and I love exploring the world with kids. When I'm not out basking in the wonderful Seattle sunshine, I usually have my nose in a book. One of my favorite animals at WPZ is the axolotl, look it up! The zoo has adventures around every corner, so I'm looking forward to learning, exploring, and having lots of fun together this summer!

Stephanie - Instructor

Hello campers! My name is Stephanie, I recently graduated from the UW where I explored the relationship humans have with our environment. After classes I would often find myself strolling through zoo grounds, admiring the opportunity for people in the city to appreciate and learn about wildlife and conservation. My favorite thing about the zoo is that every day brings a new adventure, new things to see, and new things to learn. I love photography, camping, hiking, and stargazing. I look forward to spending the summer with you!
