A fishy holiday wreath for otters
–Take a break from shopping and join the animals at Winter Celebration

What:       
What kind of a holiday wreath do you give an otter? One trimmed with fish and grapes, of course! Watch otters frolic and swim through wreaths as these aquatic favorites at Woodland Park Zoo kick off Winter Celebration on Tuesday, December 18.

During the winter school break, animals are treated to a variety of holiday-themed treats such as wreaths with assorted fruit, evergreen trees with ornamental fruit, wrapped boxes and more. The event is free with zoo admission.

Winter Celebration is part of the zoo’s ongoing enrichment program to help enrich the lives of the zoo’s animals, promote natural animal behavior, keep animals mentally stimulated and engage visitors.

When:  
Photo op with otters: Tuesday, December 18, 11:00 a.m.

Where:  
Photo op: Northern Trail otter exhibit at northeast corner of Woodland Park Zoo. Meet at the ARC near the West Entrance at N. 55th St. & Phinney Ave. N. The ARC is a locked building. If late, enter through the admissions gate and head directly to the exhibit.
