What:
Don’t miss this special opportunity for early childhood educators. Join Woodland Park Zoo for a STARS certified workshop on humane education with animals. What are the best animals to use with small children? How do you care for them? Which ones should you avoid? This workshop is offered by Woodland Park Zoo in cooperation with the Pet Care Trust. Participants receive a teacher manual and a gift certificate to support purchase of classroom animal equipment and supplies
.

When:
Saturday, December 16, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Cost:
$50 per person. Clock hours will be available. This workshop is only open to educators working with children 1-year-olds to 3rd graders.
