Woodland Park Zoo presents Festival for the Birds

What:
In celebration of International Migratory Bird Day (IMBD), Woodland Park Zoo’s Festival for the Birds pays tribute to the world’s migratory bird species. Flock to the Butterfly Forest and enjoy a variety of activities and bird demonstrations to help you rediscover some of the wildlife in your own back yard.

Planned activities include: bird encounters; raptors-in-flight programs; bird banding demonstrations; a variety of bird conservation booths; Wild Wise presentations; live entertainment; a shade-grown coffee garden and more.

When:
Saturday, May 28, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Where:
Festival for the Birds will be held in Woodland Park Zoo's Butterfly Forest. Enter though the West Entrance at N. 55th St. & Phinney Ave. N. or the North Entrance at N. 59th St. & Phinney Ave. N.

Cost:
Free with zoo admission. Zoo admission: Adult (13-64) $10; Child (3-12) $7; Toddler (0-2) Free. Seniors and disabled receive a discount and zoo members receive free zoo admission year-round.
