What:
Beginning Wednesday, November 17, 2004, Woodland Park Zoo’s Draft Annual Plan became available to the public. The Annual Plan is submitted to the Superintendent of Seattle Parks and Recreation as specified by the Zoo Operations and Management Agreement between the City of Seattle and the Woodland Park Zoological Society. The Annual Plan briefly describes programmatic changes, capital improvements or planned fee changes for the upcoming year. The report is due to the Superintendent of Parks in the fourth quarter of each year.

How:
Interested individuals may access the Draft Annual Plan 2005 through Woodland Park Zoo’s Web site or at Woodland Park Zoo’s Education Center near the South Gate at N. 50th St. & Fremont Ave. N. during regular zoo hours 9:30 a.m. to
4:00 p.m.

Written comments on the Draft Annual Plan 2005 may be mailed to: Woodland Park Zoo, 601 N. 59th St., Seattle, WA 98103, “Attention: Gigi Allianic, Annual Plan Comments.” Comments may also be submitted electronically to webmaster@zoo.org. Any public comments must be received by midnight, December 2, 2004.
