The Dairy Farmers of Washington salutes “Healthy Moms, Healthy Kids” with a special family day at Woodland Park Zoo — the third annual Moo at the Zoo. Be among the first visitors and receive a free got milk? bag of goodies while supplies last. Plus, enjoy free samples of the new DairyGo flavored milk (single serves), meet a Dairy Princess, and participate in fun contests and activities! Meanwhile, check out the zoo’s newly remodeled Family Farm with many playful features added. Try your hand at milking a life-sized cow. Climb aboard a circa 1941 tractor. Last but not least, look for exciting changes in the Discovery Barn. We’re fixing it up, making it roomier and creating exciting ways for families to connect to nature and life on the farm through hands-on interactives and some terrific new programs!
