SEATTLE - Are you an exhibitionist? A swinger? A social climber? Beginning Thursday, February 7, find out what animal you are by logging onto Woodland Park Zoos www.zoo.org and follow the link to Zoodiac. Its fun, humorous and kid-friendly, and its free! And, while youre discovering your inner animal, pass Zoodiac on to everyone else you know - family, friends and co-workers æ so they can get in on the fun too. Like a zodiac sign, Zoodiac gives your animal sign and your 2002 predictions by entering in your birthday. The amusing twist: youll discover your wild personality traits. The 12 Zoodiac animals represent different species at Woodland Park Zoo from the river otter and poison dart frog to the orangutan and jaguar. For example, if you were born January 21 to February 15, youre a gray wolf æ rambunctious, a team player, ambitious and loud; others are often more afraid of you than they need to be. In addition to your profile, youll get a glimpse into romantic prospects, see how you rate on a celebrity scale and receive a sampling of celebrities who share your Zoodiac sign. Plus, youll learn fascinating facts about your animal. While youre playing Zoodiac, you have an opportunity to adopt your animal for $45 through the zoos Wild Parent Animal Adoption Program. As a Wild Parent, you receive a framed adoption certificate and picture of your animal; a special Zoodiac mouse pad and monitor wallpaper; a Wild Parent window sticker; a one-year subscription to the zoos quarterly magazine, @thezoo; and an invitation to the annual Wild Parent reunion party. Looking for a Valentines Day, birthday, anniversary or other commemorative gift? Zoodiac adoptions make wonderful gifts for a family member or friend or for your company, school or club. All Wild Parent proceeds go directly toward maintaining the high standards of animal care at Woodland Park Zoo. Wonder which animals some of our local celebrities and politicos are? Mayor Greg Nickels: zebra. Seattle SuperSonics Vin Baker: Indian python. Governor Gary Locke: gray wolf. Seattle Mariners Ichiro and Senator Patty Murray: Malayan tapir. Master glass artist Dale Chihuly: orangutan.
