Suzanne Vega, Roberta Flack and Marc Cohn Concerts Sold Out

WHAT: The following Washington Mutual ZooTunes concerts have SOLD OUT: July 28, Suzanne Vega; August 11, Roberta Flack; and August 18, Marc Cohn.

Tickets are still available for the August 4 Jim Brickman and August 25 Judy Collins performances.

Concerts are held outdoors in Woodland Park Zoo’s North Meadow with festival seating. Concert-goers are welcome to bring blankets, low-backed patio chairs and picnic baskets. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase. Law prohibits alcoholic beverages on zoo grounds. Washington Mutual ZooTunes benefits the zoo’s various conservation projects and general fund.

WHERE: Woodland Park Zoo, 5500 Phinney Ave. N. The North Meadow is near the North Gate off N. 59th St. & Phinney Ave. N. Other entries are through the South Gate at N. 50th St. & Fremont Ave. N. and the West Gate at N. 55th St. & Phinney Ave. N. Parking is free, but limited. The public may also park at lower Woodland Park. Call Metro at (206) 553-3000 for bus service to the zoo.

COST: Jim Brickman: $12. Judy Collins: $14. Kids 12 and under are free. Tickets are for sale at all PCC Natural Markets: Fremont, Greenlake, Kirkland, Ravenna, Seward Park, View Ridge and West Seattle. A $2 service charge is added per ticket. A limited number of Jim Brickman tickets are still available at Woodland Park Zoo gates. Day-of-show tickets, if any are available, will be sold at zoo gates only.

OTHER: Coca-Cola ZooTunes, Jr. tickets are available at both zoo gates and PCC Natural Markets. Tia and The Coats perform August 2. Tickets are $6; kids 2 and under are free.
