SEATTLE - Woodland Park Zoo offers the wildest nightlife in town! Grab your "jungle jammies" and head for a zoo Overnight Adventure. Part of the zoo’s conservation/education program, this untamed experience offers both adults and children a chance to discover the secrets behind the zoo’s nightlife.

Both individuals and groups are invited to participate in a zoo Overnight Adventure. During your nocturnal adventure, you might hear a lion roaring, wolves howling and sloth bears snorting. You may see the glowing eyes of creatures, help prepare animal enrichment items, and attend a keeper talk followed by an up-close encounter with an animal. The evening is capped off with participants and the overnight leader sharing hilarious stories about family pets, farm animals and wild animal behavior they’ve seen.

So, don’t miss out on a zoo Overnight Adventure. There are spaces still available during the July 16, 24, 28, August 6, 14, 20, and 21 Overnight Adventures. The program is for adults and children ages 7-13, with chaperones in a ratio of one to seven if you come with a group. The fee is $35 per person, which includes breakfast and snacks. Zoo overnights generally last from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. the next day. For reservations call (206) 684-4841.
