WHAT: Come for the sheer fun of it and watch as Woodland Park Zoo’s sheep cool down for the summer. In addition to sheep shearing, see how wool is magically spun into yarn.
WHEN: Saturday, April 18

Spinning 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Shearing approximately 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

WHERE: Woodland Park Zoo’s Family Farm near the South Gate at

N. 50th St. and Fremont Ave. N.

COST: Free with regular zoo admission: Adult (18-64) $8.00; Senior (65+) $7.25; Youth (6-17) and Disabled $5.50; Preschool (3-5) $3.25; Toddler (0-2) Free. King County residents: Adult (18-64) $7.00; Senior (65+) $6.25; Youth (6-17) and Disabled $4.75; Preschool (3-5) $2.75; Toddler (0-2) Free.
