SEATTLE 2 Woodland Park Zoo and Zoo Society are doing cartwheels and somersaults over last week’s Jungle Party. The fundraising extravaganza grossed a record-breaking $1 million dollars and was attended by nearly 1,000 zoo supporters from throughout the region.

The evening climaxed with guests bidding furiously to fund the zoo’s Science to Save Wildlife program, as students from Greenwood Elementary School presented their cause on stage.
