Humboldt penguins at Woodland Park Zoo will “porpoise” with joy as they leap into a brand new penguin exhibit in summer 2009. The new exhibit will bring visitors nose-to-beak with these delightful, endangered birds as they “fly” underwater in this state-of-the-art exhibit that will feature multiple viewing areas, interactive learning opportunities for all ages and state-of-the-art engineering that provides penguins a healthy home while protecting water quality right in in Puget Sound.
