1. Can I use my Real Close tour ticket on a different day than what's listed on the ticket?

No, Real Close tour tickets are good for the date listed on the ticket only.

2. I can't make the tour I scheduled/I missed my tour date. Can I get a refund?

Real Close tour tickets are non-refundable.

3. Do Real Close tours sell out?

Tour space is limited to 16 guests per departure date, so it's best to make your reservation early. Online purchases must be made 48 hours in advance of the tour date.

4. Can I purchase Real Close tour tickets in person at the zoo?

You may purchase Real Close tour tickets at the zoo's West Entrance (Phinney Ave. and N. 55th Street) on the day of the tour, subject to availability.

5. Does the Real Close tour ticket include admission to the zoo?

Yes, the price of a Real Close tour ticket includes admission to the zoo for the same day as the tour.

6. Do members pay the same amount for Real Close tour tickets?

No, the member prices are different since they do not include the cost of admission to the zoo. To receive the member price, you must create an account and be logged in as a current member.
