1. General questions about membership pricing, structure, tax deductibility and more.

2. I already have a MyZoo account. Do I need to create another account?

Creating an account will allow your information to be stored for future purchases. (Your credit card information will not be stored.) You will be able to look up past orders, reprint tickets or your temporary card, and have access to special offers and discounts available only to members.

If you are renewing your membership, you will be required to create an account so that we can match your current membership to your renewal. This account is separate and different from your MyZoo account.  

Please note that any updates to your membership information - address, phone number, email - must be done through your MyZoo account or by phone (206.548.2425) or email.

3. I have a Microsoft Prime card or Boeing Discount Program card. How do I get my discount?

Please bring your Prime card or Boeing Discount card directly to zoo gates. We are unable to offer these discounts online at this time.

If you have a promo code, you may enter it at the "Order Confirmation" step of the purchasing process.

4. How do I get my membership cards? Can I visit the zoo without them?

Membership cards will be available for pick up at either zoo membership office within two weeks of your purchase. Please note that cards will not be mailed to you. Membership starts at time of purchase, not when cards are picked up.

You may visit the zoo in the meantime by printing out your temporary membership card either through the confirmation page or the confirmation email. You may also show your temporary card on your mobile phone when visiting the zoo.
