An Inviation
From the Campaign Steering Committee
Inspiring people to care for the living environment is one of the most urgent challenges before us. Woodland Park Zoo's vision - a world where people and communities protect animals and conserve their habitats to create a sustainable future - will help us meet that challenge.
That is why we stand behind Woodland Park Zoo's Campaign for More Wonder More Wild. This ambitious, $80 million effort - a $70 million goal for capital and program improvements and a $10 million endowment goal - unites eight strategic initiatives to provide our community more ways to learn, care and act on behalf of wildlife.
The campaign makes it possible for people of all ages and backgrounds to be a part of this vision and deepens our shared commitment to Northwest values, such as strong families, affordable access to nature, environmental and science learning, wildlife conservation, and healthy recreation.
We are tremendously grateful to the thousands of generous community leadership donors who have made or pledged a gift to our campaign. We are more than two-thirds of the way toward our goal! But we need your help to reach it.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the President and CEO, and our tireless campaign volunteers, we invite you to join Woodland Park Zoo's campaign. Your support of this great zoo will create the experiences that educate and inspire all generations to conserve the natural world.
Thank you!
