eGift Card FAQ

 

Q: How quickly will I get my card?

A: eGift Card orders will be delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If the eGift Card is not received within 4 hours of purchase, please email membership@zoo.org.

 

Q: What will I receive after I purchase an eGift Card?

A: You will receive an email that contains a link to your eGift Card. When you receive this email, click the link to view the eGift Card. You can either print the eGift Card from your computer or use it directly from your mobile phone.

 

Q: What can I purchase with my eGift Card?

A: The eGift Card you receive may be used on grounds for admission, membership, or to purchase ZooParent animal adoptions. It may also be used at the ZooStore or at certain food service locations.

 

Q: Can I use my eGift Card online?

A: At this time we cannot support online redemtption of any gift cards.

 

Q: How do I use my eGift Card?

A: Print the card and present at the time of purchase. Or you may show the card on your mobile phone.

 

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

A: If you have lost your card, and the value still remains on that card, please contact support at 206.548.2400 and we will reissue the card.

 

Q: Can I let someone else use my eGift Card?

A: Yes, simply have the card sent directly to the recipient's email at the time of purchase, or you can regift the eGift Card to them after you send it to yourself. Additionally, you can print the eGift Card and hand it to the recipient.

 

Q: Do I need a special printer or is color printing required?

A: No, if you choose to print the eGift Card then any standard printer will work.

 

Q: Do virtual gift cards expire?

A: No. There is no expiration date on your eGift Cards.
